Q. To which locations, do you deliver flowers in the UAE?
Ans. Customers based all across the UAE are welcome to order flowers from our online shop. We provide same-day flower delivery within Dubai and next day delivery to those locations outside the Emirate, such as Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah with an additional delivery charge. Q. Is same day flowers delivery option available?
Ans. Yes, we do provide same day flowers delivery within Dubai. If you want to order the same day delivery, in any other Emirate, get in touch with us for confirmation.
Q. Can I specify a time for my order to be delivered?
Ans. Yes. You can specify the time when you want us to deliver flowers to the recipient. However, please allow us a 2-hour window to make it possible. Also there’s an additional cost of 50 AED (or ongoing charges) for timed fresh flower deliveries.
Q. Can I see the flowers before you send them?

Q. How will I know when the flowers have been delivered?
Ans. To know when your flower bouquet was delivered, you can contact us or attach a note to the order requesting for the delivery notification.

Ans. Browse through our website and select floral bouquets, vases, or baskets you wish to buy.
- Add them to the shopping cart.
- Select a delivery date.
- Mention any special instructions you have (such as customization instructions, messages you want to send with the bouquet, etc).
- Now, check out and enter the delivery information (or the address and contact details of the recipient).

Q. What happens in case the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?
Ans. We request the sender to confirm that the receiver is at home at the time of delivery. Otherwise, we will attempt the fresh flowers delivery again but the sender will have to bear additional charges for each additional flowers delivery attempt.
Q. How can I be sure that the flowers arrive in good condition?
Ans. You can request for a photo of the bouquet you order at the time of delivery. This photo will prove to you that the flowers we deliver are always fresh and vibrant - and in their prime condition.
Q. What are your working hours in Dubai?
Ans. At Glamour Rose, customers can place their orders 24X7 online - all around the year. At our retail stores, you can buy flowers from 9 am to midnight. Based on your specific needs, we do provide the same day as well as the next day flower delivery across the United Arab Emirates.

Q. How Can I Cancel My Order?
Ans. If you cancel the order 24 hours before the delivery date and time, we offer a 100% refund. If we have already shipped the order, the shipping fees is non-refundable. For perishable items (like fresh flowers and chocolates), 50% of the price is also non-refundable.
